After Sports or
Workouts:
Rub a small amount of Tarika Body Oil on tired
limbs and muscles after a strenuous session of working out or sports. Helps
to quickly relieve stiffness before it begins, reduces recovery time and
keeps the muscles supple.
A full body massage with
Tarika Ayurvedic Body Oil after strenuous workouts / sports relaxes the tired
muscles and reduces recovery time. For best results, the massage should be
followed, after 10 to 15 minutes, by hot water towel wraps or warm water baths /
steam baths. Avoid SOAPS / CLEANSERS. (No soap is required as Tarika Body Oil
gets easily absorbed by the skin.)
